3.5 cubic foot or 99 litre. No specific max weight of clothes but can be filled to capacity as long as clothes are loose and free to move about.

SOURCE: what is error code E23 for the Frigidaire Affinty

before buying anythings, you have too check the manual too see if you didn't put it in factory test mode by accident. the manual is suppose to be under the top,(two screws on the back)
After that, second thing you have too do, remove the back (six screws) the drain pump is located under the the baril. there is a black rubber tube attached to it. In this tube, there is a basket that keed hard thing away from the pump. In my case, some hair pin pass the basket and block the pump rotor. The computer of the machine told me it was Error E23 but after cleaning, everything work like new!!

So try cleaning it yourself, it is easy even with basic skill. You will need a star screwdriver, a scare-screw driver, pliers.

Remember, better have the machine empty before doing anything, because you'll be working on the DRAIN LINE.

Hope that help someone.

Hi Stacey C - Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line or siphoning. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. Supposing that it does not, I would suggest contacting a professional to diagnose either the pump or timer.

SOURCE: how to operate frigidaire washing machine, ill dont have a manual since i bought it 2nd hand ...

Hello Ruby Torres - I understand that you will like instructions on how to operate the washer, however may I please have the model number so I can assist you better in pinpointing you the information. Generally speaking, the serial tag on a front load washer is usually located on the upper front, as you open the door.

What is the capacity of Frigidaire washer GLTF1240A

The Frigidaire GLTF1240A clothes washer has a tub capacity of 2.65 cubic feet. Under typical conditions, based on a yearly average of 392 loads of laundry, the Frigidaire GLTF1240A is estimated to use 341 kilowatts of energy per year. Obviously, this number will vary depending on things like the size of loads that you wash, and temperature at which you wash your clothes. Also, this figure is calculated according to a test done by the US Department of Energy which takes into account the energy consumed by the washer as well as the energy needed to heat the water with an electric water heater. If you use a gas water heater you will probably use fewer kilowatt hours but you will consume gas to heat the water.

Its estimated water use is 9,806 of gallons per year. It is estimated to use 9.4 gallons per cycle, per cubic foot of tub volume. You can use this "per cycle, per cubic foot" to compare washers against each other. The lower the number, the more efficiently the washing machine uses water, assuming your clothes are equally clean after being washed in either washing machine.

FRIGIDAIRE AFFINTY FRONT LOAD DOOR WILL NO CLOSE LAFW7000LWO

      Good Morning Friend,

I understand the door will not close on your Frigidaire Affinity washer, model# ATF7000LW0. I suggest resetting your appliance, by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your home's circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. Restore power and start any cycle. I ask that you please follow up with a comment on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if your appliances status has changed successfully. Hope this is helpful.

Just trying to find out drum capacity of my maytag heavy duty super capacity 7 cycle washer. Please help

Check the tag where you find the model and serial number, they often list it there. Your owners manual should tell you as well. You might have to call whirlpool (maytag), I cannot find the capacity listed on the tech info. Good luck.
