Bosch dishwasher error code e09. Icon E 09indicates issues with the heating element. Most likely, the device has burnt down and needs to be replaced, but it's not so simple. The flow-through heater in thedishwasher differs from the heater in the washing machine.

SOURCE: Bosch Error Code 13 Washer won't drain

First, unplug your washer. After that find the little round plate below your drum opening on the exterior of the washer. It should have a small hole in it. Use something to gently push trough this hole and twist the cover off, Inside there you will find the drain access. Be careful, if there is water in your drum this will make a mess when you unscrew the drain access. Take the usual precautions and unscrew the drain access slowly until it is off. Remove any obstructions and replace access door and cover. Clean up any mess and plug back in your washer and try again. takes about thirty minutes to an hour depending on how much water is in the drum.

SOURCE: Bosch Clasixx 6 wash machine

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
'F18' for Bosch normally indicates a draining problem. As you say the filter is clear, have you been able to check that something is not jamming the drain pump/motor?
So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Here are my complete and general guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and most are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.

REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT.
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.
If both the filter and pump are definitely clear, it COULD be the control board OR the main motor. Motors will show weaknesses when commanded to spin.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

How do I fix an error code?

The problem it's reporting is a door latch fault. It may be a faulty latch, or you MAY just be able to clear it if it was a hiccup. Try the following six steps to clear the code, then see what hppens:

·Turn the appliance knob to the off or reset position, 12 o'clock.

·Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.

·Press and hold the spin button and while holding the spin button turn the knob to the 7 o'clock position (One click clockwise).

Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds

·Release the spin button

·Immediately turn the knob to off

When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code

I keep getting E22 warning

E22 is residual water in sump, this could be blocked pump, dirty filter, grease build up. If you have removed white pump cover to check for blockages, ensure that it is completely clipped back into position before trying again. The non return valve maybe allowing dirty water to drain back into the machine. If you tend to run a quick wash a lot, you may need to boil a kettle and pour it into the sump to clear any build up from around the optical sensor in the sump. Post if you need further assistance
