Performing a Fault Reset 14 will reset your WorkCentre and will help to clear error codes.

1. Find the pink Clear button on the Control Panel of the WorkCentre.
2. Find the button below the word Auto.
3. Press these buttons in the following sequence: [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] NOTE: All of the lights on the Control Panel should go out and the LED Display should go blank. If the lights do not go out, then repeat step 3 until they do. It may be necessary to increase or decrease the pace of the [Clear], [Auto], [Clear], [Auto] sequence.
4. Press the [10's] key one time and the [1's] key four times to enter '14' in the LED Display, as if you were to make 14 copies.
5. Press the green [Start] button.
6. Press the pink [Clear] button two times.
7. The WorkCentre should now warm up and come to ready.
8. If the above steps do not clear the error code, repeat steps 3 to 6 a second time.

Press: "Clear", "Interupt", "0", "Interupt", "14", "Start Key"

this is the heater unit error
very quickly in sequence do the following
[clear]-[exposure]-[clear]-[exposure] machinewill go dead input 14 and press start mc will clear error
if the unit is faulty you will have h4 again

press on the keypad, # * C * the machine will enter a diagnostic mode. Then enter 14 as if to make 14 copies. You may then have to press 1 and execute the program. But that will clear the H4 code 99 percent of the time. Once you enter 14, just press start and follow the directions on the screen. An H4 means the machine was just slow to warm up. It can be a fuser error, but there actually being a problem is extremely rare. Performing a clear 14 will almost always clear that.

F2 means wrong cartridge installed, could be a bad cartridge. H4 is a low fuser temp error. try resetting by pressing "#","interrupt","C","interrupt. then press"1","4","start". then turn off/on and see if it clears. if not you will need a tech.

H4 is a fuser error....not getting up to temperature.

Press [C] (Clear), press [Image Quality], press [C] (Clear) again, press [Image Quality] again.

If this doesn't bring it back to operations then the fuser lamp needs to be replaced.

Clearing a trouble code on a AR-M160 is a little different than the AR160.

Try "#" "interrupt" "clear" "interupt" "1" "4" "start key"

This should clear the error. Even if you replace the fusion unit you will need this code to clear the error

This mean you have low temp. on heat lamp 2 program interput clear interrupt 14 print may clear this code. if not you can look at the fusing unit and reset thrmo breaker that may be pop off.

HEAT LOW CODE... FUSER NOT WARMING UP. FIRST RY TO RESET AS FOLLOWS. DEPRESS THE CLEAR KEY -THEN EXPOSE MODE KEY - CLEAR KEY AGIAN - EXPOSE MODE KEY. THIS WILL GET YOU INTO SIMUALTION MODE. DEPRESS 1 4 THEN HIT START. TURN OFF THEN ON. IF ID DOES NOT RESET FUSER PROBLEM. GOOD LUCK

Try very quickly # * C * then 14 and 1 for yes to reset, chances are it will come back, do not keep re entering code, it will need the fuser repaired.. job 4 a teco.
