My konica Minolta bizhub C253 is displaying on the screen saying my waste toner box need to be replaced and I have try to remove the waste from the box. Please any help to reset my printer

remove the waste box you'll see blue knob and above there is a sensor now take a look at the waste box and find the place what goes between the sensor. you should cut off one side and clean the other sides and then use some invisible tape to fix the hole. and try again.
Place what goes between the sensor have to be clean. its not good idea to cut or remove the sensor at all because next time the box will be full you don't know that and it will brake your printer

the hp web jetadmin is quite good, it displays whatever info you select. use version 10.2
