SOURCE: ceiling fan pull chain switch replacement

Just take either one of the black wires from the switch and connect it to the group of black wires. Then take the remaining black wire from the switch and connect it to the single black wire coming into the light kit. Finally check the bulbs to be sure they're not burned out.
Thanks and good luck

SOURCE: GMC truck light issue: My high beam / low beam

well as a tech i dont recomend it but all you got to do is swap the wires on the headlamps at the bulb you will see 3 wires one is a ground the other feeds low beam the other high beam . take a test light and find the one thats hot and cut it and connect it to the other blade , leave only one wire on the low beam terminal so you dont short it out .

The power went out and when it came back on our stove is not working. No lights on the display. The stove is dead. Is there a way to reset the oven???

Did you trip a breaker. Try to flip the breaker switch that goes to the oven. You may have to flip all the switches and flip them back on to get the correct breaker switch.

Lights flip up when car starts, never go's down

sounds like your on off switch in vichle is not working correctly as it may be stuck in the on position even though you switch it off. I say that only because there seems to be power on the light motor all the time and when you start the car they flip up> find the relay that goes to the motor off the lights it could also be that the relay is stuck in the on position. when you switch your lights on you should hear a click noise come from the relay if you dont then it is possible that it may be burnt inside> easy way to cheack is to start the car and remove one fuse at a time if nothing happens replace the fuse and do the next one until the lights close. all you will be doing is removing power off the relay, when you find the one that is powering that motor remove it and replace the relay

Had new key intion on now my lights won;t flip up or down,

I would take it back to whoever did the install, and see if they will correct it. Is your light switch to flip up the lights on the steering column? Possible they pinched or inadvertently pulled a wire loose. I know on toyotas the flip up lights work off the light stalk, independent altogether of the ignition switch.

94 CROWN VIC/ OVERHEAD LIGHT WORKS SPORADICALLY

1) you must connect the switch in series, in tha way you will not have this problem, and you must add of course the relais, for to avoid the spark, and arching by load .Now you have connected in paralell.

God bless you
