Yes,

The basic circuitry is identical for identical connectors.
Additional harnesses are avalaible for newer dashboards etc...

Disconnect the water hose on the top of the engine.
Remove the 4 bolts securing the thermostat cap.
With pliers, remove the thermostat.

what measures 13k?
the coil has a primary and secondary
and most all coils, made have secondary at 10k or more.
and suzuki sells them.
if they dont, then consider not owning any Suzuki,,,,
that leaves only NOS parts or used off ebay.
or get on craigs, list like I do and beg
WTB, wanted to by, "DT4 coil"
i moved you out of CARs to outboards....

Have you checked the kill switch,make sure all earths are grounded

water prop? if your talking about the Propeller that rotates to propel the boat. only replace it if fins are missing. Aluminum and stainless steel propellers can be rebuilt. If your talking about the water pump impeller. the answer is yes. its rubber and should be replaced seasonly
