Hi im trying to download goggle maps but it keeps saying cant download on mobicell

My guess is that you will have to do a hard reset. That is the second set of instructions on the following page. I am not sure you can use the first set to get to safe mode as setup has failed. Did you go to the web site and get necessary software? Have the necessary cord to connect unit to computer?

Keep it in Charge for some time. It will start showing.

Have you already checked your account management page to see if the download is listed there? If it is you can download it again, you've paid for it and they do keep track of things like this.If it's not there, you could email a request explaining what has happened. They can easily check your account, see that you've paid for the map and let you download it again.

make sure you have enough room on your hard drive to download it

make sure you are in an available region to download the map pack

It could just be a server problem, wait 24 hours and try again

i gone thur the same problem, im living outside the states for college, and my profile and points are american based, but xbox live wudnt allow me to download the map pack 1 or 2, option that i found out what you can do is (this is if your profile region setting s in the USA) have a someone from the states (in my case my brother) log in ur xbox live profile on xbox.com, and have that person purchase the map pack 1 or 2 for you. the reason why i had to go thu this s that, even tho i logd into my xbox live account thu the internet wer i am and tired to purchase it my location outside the USA, its wudnt allow me, and tells me 'not available in your region' ..i figured that if probly i get my brother to buy it for me in the states that it wud work, and it did, i just turn on my xbox 360 and it startd to download...i believe that xbox live is looking thu the IP address of wer u are making the purchase for the MAP PACK, i have download it both as of now...again, my region settings s USA and im living at south east asia...and it workd...but i still have a frend that lives down the street who kept pressing A and he was able to download Map Pack 2, but now he cant download Map Pack 1....another option that you can do if you dont know any1 in the states, is that you call the Xbox customer services and ask dem to make the purchase for you...

well if you're trying to play the maps with other of your friends and they dont have the maps im afraid you cant play themt if the problem is that you cant play them at all in your ps3 even when your offline then you can delete them and download them again you wont be charge a penny because you already bought them just go to the ps3 store then at the top choose view downloads and it should give you all the list of the demos videos add-ons ect.... you have donwload, choose the maps and download them again.
