Lenalidomide is a cancer **** and is also known by its brand name, Revlimid. It is a treatment for myeloma and blood disorders called myelodysplastic syndromes. You may also have it as part of clinical trials for other types of cancer. For myeloma, you might have lenalidomide with a steroid **** called dexamethasone.
I have no idea why you posted your question on Fixya.com, a website intended for asking and answering questions on how to go about REPAIRING THINGS.
You could easily have made a telephone call to your local public library and asked a reference librarian to look the information up for you. (Your taxpayer dollars at work.)

There seems to be no upward age limit on jury service. One must be at least age 18 to serve on a jury (any jury) in the state of Kentucky (any county.)
Where are you located? Here in Louisville, you could show up and present the certificate, probably call or mail them. But I doubt you could mail in time to be excused.
If you look on your jury summons or go to the county web page, it will give you a list of reasons why you can be excused. HOWEVER....jury duty is an honorable thing to do for any citizen.
Section 22(b). No citizen shall be disqualified from jury service because of s.x, but the court shall excuse any woman who requests exemption therefrom before being sworn as a juror.
Source: Const. of 1945.
(1979) Missouri statute authorizing women to request automatic exemption from jury service violated "fair cross section" requirement of sixth amendment as applied to the states by the fourteenth amendment to the United States Constitution. Duren v. Missouri, 439 U.S. 357.

I am not sure, but I think if you could get doctors note confirming your condition, you could be excused, but because its law you go on jury duty when called up, you are probably best to find out which court you are to attend and give them a call and explain and see if they could tell you if you have a medical reason for not attending, what prove would the court need to maybe cancel your duty. hope that's helped you abit
