It may be that your water pump is leaking on to the motor...

Hello- This series MDB7130 is involved in a recall. Check Maytag website for details. If affected, they will offer 75$ toward a new maytag.... or a free service call to 'retrofit' a new wiring harness. SOURCE: Kitchenaid Dishwasher trips the 60-amp main breaker but not 20-amp.
Its possible that there may be load on that circuit from other appliances. Had an issue myself with stove and laptop on same circuit.
Check other appliance attached to the 60amp circuit (microwave, stove, kettle etc)

1) You have some big Short circuit, can be the switch, some live wire touching the groun, the motor etc., see the diagram and use the DVOM.
