That is the tuner RF section. You can buy new ones but unless you have expensive desoldering stations available, you'll most likely damage the circuit board. TV Parts Universal TV Stands DLP Chips ShopJimmy This place will have the parts you need.

SOURCE: I broke off the power connector inside my Tomtom

I finally managed to pull back the rear cover by inserting a thin piece of metal at the top of the rear cover. It snapped off by pulling it backwards and then downwards. And I soldered the connector back on. I only had to solder the 4 feet of the small metal shield, the contacts are just pressing on the circuit board.

SOURCE: what is square box (float) attached to flush valve inside tank

The foam block does a few things: It helps with noise level, helps prevent condensation and also takes up space in the tank to lessen water usage with each flush.
Keep an eye on the outside of the tank and if you don't ever notice any moisture on the outside of the tank then I wouldn't worry about it all!!

SOURCE: Complicated Question about repairing circuit board

As long as it's the same model, you can. You will be replacing the entire LCD display. Be very careful in doing so.

SOURCE: The attachment point for the coax cable was pulled off-broken off

You'll need to take it to a repair shop. There are high voltage capacitors inside a television which will hold a charge even after all power is removed. I would highly advise against making this repair yourself.

Where to attach external antenna on model hta-25f

For the Hitachi HTA-25F, the balanced wire antenna connections are the row of terminal screws on the bottom - inside the blue highlighted box. If using a 75 Ohm coax (unbalanced) wire connection - use the connector in the top right corner of the blue highlighted box instead.

The box on the back of tv that the coax cable turns onto is broken. Can we go buy a cable peice and just solder it back on or do we need to order the whole little box?

You can buy the RF jack and solder it back onto the tuner as long as the tuner has not been damaged beyond repair. Inside the tuner the center conductor from the jack solders into the printed circuit board. If any small parts are broken or missing then you will have to replace the tuner.

Toshiba 32A33 After a power spike

The main power fuse inside the TV may have blown. The rear cover must be removed to check it. Unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet is the first safety item. Finding all the right screws to remove the cover (without taking out some you shouldn't) is sometimes tricky. When you remove the cover the power cord will still be attached inside, so remove the cover carefully. There is a danger of touching residual high voltage near the picture tube. Carefully look for a fuse near where the power cord attaches to the circuit boards. Often the fuse will be obviously burned open (the small conductor inside the clear glass is melted or the glass is blackened). Replace only with a fuse of the same type and amp rating. Putting a higher amp rating fuse or slower acting fuse can have costly and possibly dangerous consequences. Be sure to plug the power cord in when you do your test with the new fuse. If you haven't done anything close to this before, you may want to refer this job to an expert.

Digital to analog converter box hookup

You will have to go to Radio Shack or Wall Mart, maybe Home Depot and get a matching transformer. That will have spade terminals on one end to connect to your tv and a round (75ohm male thread) to hook to your converter box.

Broke the piece where the cable wire goes in...what's it called?

Unfortunately, that coax connector  is almost certainly crimped onto a cable inside.  You might want to pull off the back panel to see if that internal cable is screwed onto another jack on the chassis. If so, you can disconnect that end and substitute another cable, they come in several different lengths and are not critical. Any electronics store will have them.
If it isn't equipped with a connector inside, you will need to have someone unsolder the defective cable and install a new one.

TV Tuner failure after warm up

Check where the F connector is soldered inside the tuner circuitry, it may have a loose solder joint there. Also check the inside of the connector where the coax is attach, sometimes the inside conductors spreads and do not make good electrical contacts.
Good Luck.
