My powerfit vibration Maxx has an Er-1 and Er-5? What does that mean and how do I troubleshoot and fix it? thank you

Since I don't know your location country being from California and vibration tables are slowly re-emerging in this market I don't have any info, but I inputted the Power Maxx Vibrations P00117 in google search engine I got 3 hits one is melbournefitnessequipment.com.au one is and spanish ebay site the other is a Italian website. I,m sorry that I can't be any more help to you then this.
