Remove the top cover tilt down the control panel turn the knob on the water selector when doing that look at the backside of switch panel watch the cam riding on the switch it has an adjustment try adjusting and if that does not work then you have a bad switch

The fill switch is a very sensitive device. You can test it by blowing into the tube, listen for the switch to click, or use an ohms tester. They are actually adjustble, the adjuster screw usually has glyptol (thread lock) on it. I would replace one before trusting an adjusted one.

Yes, the only other thing I would do and you may have done this is to put the hose directly over in the washer tub and turn the water on to check the flow. If that's good then replace the water valve.

did you look at the front panel if you tip the machine to the back and look at the bottom of the panel you will see 2 hex head screws remove them and lift the panel out and slide it down some machines others you have to remove the top
