There are 9 damper actuators M847D-zone connected with 3 wire in a parallel pattern. This zone has a TH8320R1003 model # thermostat that is hard wired with the other 2 zones have the same thermostat S that are connected wirelessly to the system.
Blinking amber light indicates a shorted or tripped damper motor circuit. I would check to see if there's power to the damper motor if there is check to see if damper is jammed and not allowing full motion of damper. If there isn't find out why and restore it. Then test zone for proper and full motion.

there is a "zone a lone" switch on the upper right side of the panel. Make sure it is in the "occupied" position. I believe that is up. If that doesn't work reply back.

I would switch to a two wire heating only stat It sounds to me like they have the boiler wired into cooling side. Do you also have to set switch on your t-stat to cooling or leave it on heating. Just curious. I would still go with two wire stat. Thanks.

Thank you for your interest with Emerson White Rodgers. My Name is Joselito Laxamana from technical department.
