A detailed description of that proces is found in the manual of your watch. You can find the right manual by the module nr. on the back of your watch (4 digit number in a rectangle)

The manual for your watch can be downloaded via the link provided below:

Does the day and day of the week need to be changed every day manually in casio watch ? or do they change automatically ?

Even much older watches that display day and date don't require you to change yourself manually so I can't imagine this would be the case.
If the time part is working okay, bring to the jewellery store, they may have someone there to examine the mechanism. If time not working either, you probably need to wind it or change the battery

How can I change the days in casio Ef 331

First of all avoid setting the day and day of the week between 9.00 pm and 6.00 am. The day and day of the week may not change in the following day if you do.
Try this,
1) Pull the crown to the first click.
2) Set the day by rotating the crown counterclockwise.
3) Set the day of the week by rotating the crown clockwise.
4) Push the crown back to its normal position.

Hope this will help.
Cheers

Change day of the week in casio worldtime watch 3198.

On most digital watches, if you properly set the date and year, the day of the week is preset.

Daylight savings time change casio atomic watch has not changed is there a way to change it manually

An example for G-shock: I searched for casio g-shock manual and got this: http://world.casio.com/wat/download/en/manual/

You enter model from back of watch and it gives you a searchable PDF manual.

For mine, model 2638 (and likely most G-shocks), you press and hold the upper left (Adjust) button until the City Code flashes. You then press the lower left (Mode) to enter DST mode then press the lower right (Receive) as it cycles through On, Off and Auto.
On moves 1 hour forward, Off moves 1 hour back. After you select, you press the upper left button (Adjust) twice and it's set. I would not pick Auto anymore as my watch is still set to the original DST days which were changed in the US years ago and no longer match, I don't believe the DST days used can be changed by the user and I don't believe Auto receive adjusts for DST.
