How do I remove a wad of paper that got jammed on the way out of a Konica Minolta Magicolor 1690mf?

Place thick paper and push it manually while rotating the rollers in that way the small paper jam remain inside will comeout.

I think this is mechanical problem and you need to check and remove belt-related assembly part.

process error - belt (clear by cover)

SOLUTION: Open and close the scanner unit. Reseat the Image Unit and cycle the power to the machine. If the error persists and the machine is covered by warranty, a printer exchange is recommended.
