I did not hear about elephant heads but I did hear about elephant tusks.

Marsha, some plants like to be trimmed and some do not. Right now maybe do not leave in full sun as the plant may be stressed, google your type of plant for proper care instructions. Check the attached links,instruction and guides, Good luck

Although people like to use Q-tips to clean out their ear wax, they should just leave it alone as it's the ear's mechanism for self-cleaning. If you have a build up of wax you can see your doctor but otherwise you can just leave your ears to clean themselves.

The only solution is if you have insurance claim it. If not, then check Ebay for a good used or new phone, go to the store, renew your contract, or I guess don't have a phone.
