Hi does the brake click at the rear when moving the wigwag lever ? .
Can you check the brushes in the motor ? resistance of the motor should appear as virtual short , the brake resistance should read from 25ohms upto 80ohms, the scooter won't drive if the resistances are wrong .. the controller could be faulty , and i offer a free testing service if you're UK based

here's a trouble shooting manual for shopriders ..

Rob

My car wont reverse in revrse wants to go forward in neutral allso

Check the linkages between gear shift and Box could be loose. If these are OK get a transmission service by a good Auto Transmission shop

Is the high low speed switch turned to high. If it is and its still slow it would indicate a throttle pot fault

My Husqvarna Rider 16c wont reverse - first it was slow in reverse then not at all

You need to check the cable, it is a push pull telescopic style so it is possible to get forward and no reverse, if it was a hydro problem you would not get forward or reverse, there is also timing gears on the forward and reverse pedal, you nee to make sure they have not jumped a tooth as this would reduce movement on the cable at the hydro

My alero with a 2.4 cylinder wont go forward but go in reverse

You have a failed transmission, have it taken to a transmission shop for repair.

Rider will not move when in gear, forward or reverse

If it has an external brake on the side of the transmission, make sure this is not binding, you can check this by putting the machine in bypass ( push mode ) you should be able to push the machine readily, if not the brake needs slackening off.

Shop rider mobility vehicl, forward speed less than reverse speed

Hi. The black boxes on these machines are quite reliable. Where are you measuring the voltage from?
How are you testing the batteries? I have seen fully charged batteries do this, because the batteries are not able to supply enough current. The batteries will charge up properly, but they ready for the scrap heap. If you want the batteries tested take them to your nearest auto electrical store and they can test them. Good luck. Neil.

Too slow how do I speed it up , a Pihsiang shop rider delux

hi, have you tried another charger as this sometimes can lead to batteries not 100% fully charged , I think the scooter in question is 6mph , check battery leads are a good connection and make sure the speed variable pot on the control panel is working correctly , is the speed pot working correctly (Wig wam) , try moving the lever in a upwards motion while moving forward , does it speed up ? if so it needs replacing.

GeWiz.
