As per my personal experience with the health supplement, I didn't get any kind of benefit regarding weight loss. You need to use a product like red iodine antiseptic and push the piles back inside if you can as they are been constricted that is why they are bleeding I would then look at a way to make sure you do not have to push while passing a motion maybe a laxative or enima but if the piles do come back out push them back in and let them heal .
