Which model do you have because the blink code differs from model to model. Did you try a hard reset? Meaning, unplug the unit, wait a minute or two, then holding the power switch down, plug the unit back in while still holding the power switch down. When it comes back on, release the button.

I have a pari trek s. The battery is dead and I am attempting to charge it. However it is not charging and will not turn on even while plugged in. While plugged in all 4 battery lights are blinking.

Unless you are very knowledgeable in electronics and wish to replace the two internal tab-soldered cells yourself (and finding capacity type required), you have only one resort. Buy a new battery pack. That is exactly what Pari wants. Too bad, because charging circuit board never fails. Only the 2 cells die prematurely.
