Honestly I can't think of any cause for this that wouldn't require a qualified servicer. Most likey one of the drains is blocked and they make heaters to correct the issue

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use
and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater
comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost
drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the
freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.
Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end
because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the
evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it.
Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing
it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent
refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the
lower back of the freezer.

Hi, There can be many reasons why your refrigerator is freezing your food. To see what could be happening and to figure out how to possibly fix your problem. Ok. I know why this is happening. Or at least in my case.
The coil for the Fridge is stored behind the center panel when looking directly into the the Fridge.
What happens is the drain for the coil becomes iced up. It then wont drain and when the fridge goes into defrost mode the melted water will run out of the bottom of the center panel. This is difficult to see due to all the shelves in the way. i noticed this because I could see ice through the vent holes in my center panel.
To fix this:
Take all the items out of the fridge.
Take all the shelves out so the center panel is exposed.
Remove the 3 screws at the bottom of the panel and single screw under the cover of the shelf rail. (This one is a little hidden) pop off the plastic cover first.
Now you can pull the panel off.
(Note. This can be a little difficult to get off because you have a ton of ice behind there keeping it stuck to together. Just ease it off as much as possible.
When you get this off you'll most like see alot of ice in the tray that the water is draining into. chip this ice away and then I used Hot water to pour into the drain. I would then use a shop vac to **** the water out and put in more hot water until the ice plug is removed and the water can flow freely to the drain pan under the fridge.
That is it. I own this fridge and I've been tired of having to **** water out of fridge with a shop vac every 2 weeks. So I decided to resolve this myself.

Good Luck and I hope this solves your issue.

The temperature in the section or the refrigerator isn't set correctly.
Also, check the thermostats if it is functioning correctly. PLEZE LET ME KNOW.
Hello friend, thanks for your inquiry!
I understand that you have a Frigidaire refrigerator, FGHN2866PF1, and your deli drawer is freezing items. You may want to turn down the temperature within your deli drawer, when adjusting the temperature could take 24 hours for your refrigerator to stabilize. If that does not resolve your issue I would suggest removing the drawer and checking over to make sure there are no cracks where too much air may be coming in. If there is too much weight in the deli drawer that could cause the drawer to sag, which may release cold air into the deli drawer. I hope this information has been helpfu. -Matt
