Have you tried setting the Country drop-down Menu to a country that uses the format you want?

Testimonial: "Thanks for the suggestion, but there is no Country drop-down menu that I can find on CC12."

If it's anything like Excel, someplace in the FORMAT menu should be options to allow you to change the date format. (Block off the cells, row, or column in question, click FORMAT in your toolbar.) You may have different country options or formatting choices within the date type.

SOURCE: in quickbooks pro 2007, the date format is mm/dd/yyyy

Hi, i am using windows 7 and clicked on start, control panel, regional and language, and then found my settings (was having same problem with quickbooks premier and the date set to US) and found i had accidently selected in the install of windows 7 [English-USA] instead of [English-Australia]. i altered two settings and now my quickbooks is working fine. whenever i searched for this on quicken help sites it did not indicate clearly how easy it was to fix this.

I'm not understanding how to change the date in the date worksheet on the BAII. When I enter the numbers and (enter), I get and error 6. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Error 6 indicated an invalid date, such as a month greater than 12 or a day greater than 31.

The calculator has two different formats for dates: DD-MM-YYYY and MM-DD-YYYY. To see the current format, press 2nd [FORMAT] down-arrow down-arrow. To change the format, press 2nd [SET]. Press 2nd [QUIT] to exit.

My LG KS360 phone has developed a date fault since 1 Jan 2011 whereby it is saying 32/83/2010. I cannot fix it. Please advise.

Noticed the same problem today. The "set date" option wouldn't let me reset the day, month or year to anything sensible. Changed the date format to MM/DD/YYYY (it was previously DD/MM/YYYY). Then it let me set correct month, day and year. Reset the date format back to DD/MM/YYYY and it's still correct (and will now let me change it while in this format). Don't understand it, but seems to have fixed the problem. (Guessing it was something to do with 2009 changing to 2010??). worked for 2011 also.

Setting up date and time

Hi,

Please check the date display format

In your mobile it might have set to this format

MM DD YYYY

So as the first column is in months as you enter 24 it doesnt accept and shows 02 ,This is because you have only 12 months in a year.

So please type month date and year.

If you want you can change the format to DD MM YYYY in date and time setting option.

Thanx
