You will need the model of your filter to identify the part from the manufacturer and then purchase it thru a pool store or online. It is not a 'cloth' you can buy from a retail outlet as a separate item.

SN3 - Temperature Sensor Failure.
Either the sensor is bad or it wasn't plugged back in correctly.
When a spa runs continually it can be a bad board but we would have you replace the Temp Sensor first. If the spa is not heating it could be the pressure switch is not working or it could be the Temp Sensor or the High Limit sensor.
Check the topside panel to see if the heat indicator light is on. If it is NOT on then your pressure switch needs to be changed.
If the Heat indicator light IS on then you probably just need a Sensor.
It is always possible that the heater relay on the circuit board is bad.
