Did you go to your smartphone and confirm that the Bluetooth is ON, and it is Paired?

There is a black flap with a micro-usb symbol
open it and u have the charging port .

For the iTouch 3160 and the 3360 smart watches, the charging port is a microUSB port on the left side of the watch (looking at the face of the watch) in about the center. Thus it's between the microphone and the speaker.
