The lock motor may have failed. Most often, bending a coat hanger into a hook and sliding from the right side as you move the door to the right, will allow you to release the lock and open the door.

HI. this is a Communication error between boards. Check the wiring harness that links the Power relay board to the Main board. if the harness is fouled on any way, replace it asap. if the harness is in good condition, replace the power relay board.

It will remain locked until the temperature is safely as low as it should be. You just have to wait and be patient.

I self cleaned the oven and over 12 hours later am getting a f2 error. How do I fix it?

Hello,

The F2 error code means that the oven over heated by at least 100 degrees and the oven temp.sensor needs to be replaced.

On the self clean cycle the oven temp can easily reach over 600 dergees and therefore the sensor thinks it got too hot. If you have not already done so the F2 can be cleared by pushing the CLEAR/OFF button on the control...if the F2 error code reappears the sensor has became defective and it would need to be replaced.

MY JENN-AIR MODEL #WW2460B WALL OVEN DOES NOT DISPLAY THE CLOCK/TIMER. IT STOPPED WORKING DURING A SELF CLEAN CYCLE. IS THERE A WAY I CAN ORDER THE PART TO REPLACE IT MYSELF AND ARE THERE WIRING SKEMATICS...

Hello,
There is a high limit thermostat that will cut all the power to the upper oven elements. Their is a wiring diagram in this link http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/part-model/Jenn-air-Parts/Wall-oven-Parts/Model-WW2460B/1266/0125300?pathTaken=&prst=0&shdMod=WW2460B
when clicking on it,it will say not avaliable. A trick i have found is to open that link and then using your computer tools select the maximum zoom i use IE set to 400% and its pretty ledegable.

When I start the self cleaning cycle After about 15 minutes it starts beeping and the display shows F5. The unit is about 10yrs old. What could this be?

This could a bad temperature sensor or a bad clock.(ERC).
Disconnect the power.
Remove the rear panel.
Unhook the temperature sensor wire and test the temp sensor with a volt/ohm meter set for ohms.
A plus/minus reading of 1100 ohms is good.
If temp sensor reads good replace the ERC(clock).

I did a self clean. now cooling fan runs constantly. i cycled circuit breaker. now f2 is annunciated on panel. also, cannot run any bake functions.

many times this is a symptom of a bad oven sensor.its located on the back wall looks like a rod held on by two screws.if your lucky you can remove it into the oven sometimes you need to disconect the wires from the back.otherwise you may have a problem with the main board.try the sensor first.good luck!
