SOURCE: trying to ventilate and hot water not flushing through on button 26

Before you press water button to vent you need to restore to factory settings.

First press menu (far right button) then toggle to restore factory settings (using far left button), press menu button then far right again until yes comes up, then press menu button. Press esc button (3rd from left), machine should now be back to normal. Then press water button (3rd from right) and turn steam knob to vent until free water is coming through.

This is the only way I could get mine to work!

SOURCE: hot water coming out of overflow pipe on my vulcan everhot water

Assuming you are talking about the temperatur/pressure relief valve, it is stuck open.

1. Turn off gas or electric to water heater
2. Close water supply to water heater
3. open hot water faucet on nearest fixture to depressurize hot water system.
4. close tpr valve (you may have to push in on the center spine. It may be resistant to closing from sediment. If so, opening and closing several times may solve that issue.

Once you get the tpr valve closed, close the faucet and open the supply valve. If the tpr stays closed, go ahead and turn on the gas/electric and re-light pilot and turn on control etc.

If the TPR blows again, you will need to replace it. YOu can buy a new one at any plumbing supply store. Shut down the heater again, drain a bit of water out using the valve on the bottom of the tank. there is probably copper pipe connected to the TPR valve which you may have to cut or maybe can just unscrew. The TPR threads out of the tank, install the new valve (make sure to use pipe dope or teflon tape.

SOURCE: Very Hot water coming out of overflow pipe

Is your boiler heating your domestic hot water if so i would turn water off to water maker and see if your boiler pressure stays down below 20 psi. If so water maker is bad. The other thing that could cause this problem would be the boiler pump is out.

SOURCE: Pasquini Livia 90 - No water from the group head

The problem could be calcium built up blocking the jet and stopping the flow of water through your 3 way solenoid valve.
Otherwise the 3 way solenoid has stopped working. The 3 way valve part #91004 is $105 + shipping.

If you capable of removing the top and 3 body side of the machine, you can contact me and I can walk you through diagnosing if this is the problem with the jet or the valve. Before you call, make sure you have a philips screwdriver, 14 and 15mm open ended wrench or crescent wrench, flashlight, and paper clip.

My experience is working over 10 years at Pasquini as a master technician running the home repair sales and service center.

I stock all Pasquini parts for any service of your Pasquini espresso machines and grinders. Contact us for any of your Pasquini sales and service needs.

Hello, I have a nuova simonelli aurelia 2 group ( heads) . Steam and hot water from the groups is good but on the water dispenser water is coming in a very lower temperature. Is there any trick to fix...

yes, just behind the tap there is a mixing valve that you can adjust to mix steam and water. this steam is the one making your water hot. open the top cover behind the tap and follow the pipe. there you will see it and adjust.

Gloria two group Astoria was shooting steam the other morning we turned it off what could this be from?

Where is the steam coming from, if its from the top, then the problem is the vent valve or the safety valve, if it is the safety then the pressure stat needs to be replaced because it might be damaged or blocked at the tube that connects it to the boiler.

I have an Astoria Argenta SAE-2 & it seems to be overfilling with water & then leaking. The ball that is usually sitting in the tube to show maximum/minimum water level has disappeared. Is...

you evidently have an overfill. it can be from 1 solenoid valve,2 electronic level controller,3 level detector wire or 4 if the machine is frozen and it mix waters
You should eliminate them 1 by 1 by this order:
- swich on water supply and open steam knobs. Wait 5 minutes, if water does not leak from pipes continuously you just eliminated $ freezing problem - leave steam and tea valves open and switch on power of machine, wait until electronics fill few seconds(it is programed to do so each time is switched on)>> wait until you see water leaking from steam pipes, wait them to start giving you steam. If during this you start to see ball it means you succeed to empty the boiler enough to get it in normal. NOW YOU SHOULD control 1 2 and 3
Be patient and wait to rise pressure on the boiler and control the level of water. if the water level rises again you should: check the detector wire(be sure that the part in water is not insulated with calcium, that the wire and the fitting of the wire are good separated and insulated by teflon insulation and be sure that wire from circuit is good attached to detector wire) check the solenoid valve: detach the wires to solenoid valve for tank filing, cool down machine to loose all steam and open the fitting attached to exit of solenoid valve , the exit which supplies the tank with water. make sure that is still attached to water supply and wait to see if drops are coming from valve IF IT IS SO THAN MECHANICAL PART OF VALVE IS DAMAGED
situation: if we checked 4,1and 3. If they are in order than remains only part 2 controler controler should be checked in some electronics workshop or replaced with new

No water for brew

Remove the brew group and clean the shower screen at the top. This might be blocked.

Steam comes from wand when set to dispense water.

Check the connection to the boiler from the pump, there is no water going to the boiler. Try this test, remove the brew unit you will see a white plastic valve behind it, carefully lift the small lever on the valve(HOT WATER), if water sprays, then the problen is at the brew unit, if no water then the boiler inlet or outlet is clogged.

Astoria SAE 1 trickle of water from hot water faucet

Some models have an economiser valve, which mixes hot water from boiler with cold from inlet line, that could be closed or obstructed. The line from the boiler to the solenoid or the pipe inside the boiler could be blocked.
