1) Close Yahoo Messenger completely
2) Go to Yahoo WEB Messenger
3) Log in there
4) Hey presto your account is unlocked
5) log out of web messenger
6) reboot computer

As you have not mentioned the Operating system, this would be the possible way out :
Install the another Operating system to make it dual boot and then remove the SAM file from the locked OS and then login with blank password
