TV shadow ghosting

Chances are your timing board is failing, if you replace it that should take care of your issues, only other thing you could do is remove the LVDS cable from the board, that is the larger round one and re seat it, then remove the ribbon cables that go from the TCON board to the panel and do the same with them, make sure they're clean and seated properly, to remove them there is a clip that needs to be released, don't try pulling them out or you will damage them.

1/2 of tv screen is darker

Check the back-light inverter boards, and CCFL lamps inside the panel.

Insignia ns-lcd32 has developed a vertical shadow.

Unfortuntly you have a panel that is going out. This is not cost effective to fix.

I get an intermittent shadow on the left-side of myscreen. Computer works fine, except at times I have the shadow.

If you mean that the left side of the screen goes darker than the right side, then this is an indication of a faulty backlight. There are probably two CCFL tubes, one on each side of the screen. If one starts to fail, then that side of the screen will get less light and look darker. The tube may need to be replaced.

I have horizontal lines that start out looking kind of like jumping shadows then after it warms up they get darker and I was wondering if there was something easy for me to fix on it.

Check the power supply board for bloated capacitors.
Put the TV on a soft surface, and remover about fifty screws to release the back panel.
If necessary, remove the stand or wall mount first.
Inspect the power supply board(the biggest one, normally in the middle,) and make sure there are no burnt components.
Then run the TV without the back cover on it(only if you didn't find anything wrong with the power supply.)
Watch the behavior.

Good Luck!

LCD Monitor Shadow Effect
This problem is best described as the LCD monitor "Shadow Effect".
The solution to this very simple. No software or hard ware changes required.
The cables that are connected to the LCD monitors are causing the problem. Its also called as electromagnetic noise or electrical noise.
Solution: Keep the two cables - (power cable and moitor display cable), that are connected to the LCD monitor as far away as possible with each other and also away from other electrical cables.
Thats it. Your shadow effect is fixed.
Thank you.
