no display at all in your front panel?
you said power supply is ok... all voltages...
i remember DSPE300, small power amp only IC. can you check your +/- main power supply if ok it should be around +/- 35V. If it's there then place your meter neg to speaker ground, the + to red and try to run on the unit. see if you'lll get a pulse in AC meter mode. Or a DC voltage in DC mode.
then check also your secondary supply that's about +/- 15volts. Your standby voltage for the CPU to work is 5V. please check that as well
If the trouble is main amp, you should still have a display screen. Unless it is a total breakdown and main out totally shorted, it really wont turn on but you said you seem to find voltage.

There's only 2 more things that I can think of, check the fuse for the ignition, then the computor itself, you did everything else.It might be the problem and may not.
SOURCE: Whirlpool dryer
Yes it can at times. It has been my experience. This thing may be falling apart on the inside. Just replace it before it gives you further problem. There is more heat and resistance there at the contacts. While you are replacing it, check the other things as well. It seems like you have a good eye for this anyway.

Ok are you saying that the fuse from end to end has 120V? Even if it reads continuity; if its reading 120V from end to end, the fuse is bad. replace it before you do anything else. and on electric dryers you should have 220v across both top and bottoms of fuses with power applied to the fuses. Any readings beyond or lower indicate a blown fues. But the correct way to check a fuse is with power applied and from end to end of the same fuse. A -0- reading or <10 v is ok with an electronic vom but trust me if its getting 120v end to end (on the same fuse) the fuse is out.
IUf this helped you please rate me accordingly and good luck.
