I have a month old galaxy j7 crown phone. Already says my storage and memory are full. how do i clear it, or put in samsung cloud?

If your Samsung J7 is full under the "Other" category in storage, you can try clearing the cache and data of the apps that are taking up the most space. You can do this by going to Settings > Apps > Select the app > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. You can also try uninstalling any unused apps to free up space.

Please describe what "Completely went dead" means.

Did it fully Power Off?
Did you have to hold the Power button down for a while to get the phone to go through a Restart?
Did the phone come back on when you pressed the Side button?

check that the storage area of your tablet is not full if it is full remove some already read books to make room for new ones, one option would be to use a SAN or cloud storage to store files you are not using right now then retrieve them at a later date.

Your phone can't use the mini SD card as internal memory. Your internal memory has to many apps, and to much data. (pictures, notes and messages) You should clear up the internal memory, by deleting apps and data. Most Samsung apps you can't delete. The modern phones already have apps, exceeding 10 Gb. So if you bought a 16 Gb phone only 5 Gb is left for you to use for apps. I'm sorry, but the SD cards should be seen as an external hard disk, not as internal memory.
If you thought I can buy a phone with less memory, because the SD cards are very cheap and will extend the internal memory, you made an error. New phones from Samsung now get more than 10 Gbyte of apps, you even can't remove. So only about 5 Gbyte is free to use for other apps and messages.
Next phone, take one with lots of internal memory, if you like to install other apps.

1. Download the latest version of the Samsung Pc studio and install it on your pc.
2. Insert memory card in your phone and in your mobile phone
3. Go to Menu, then Settings, then Phone settings.

7. Open up Samsung Pc Studio and click on "transferring messages" or something and transfer all your messages to your pc.
