Sounds like that you may have a clogged vent pipe. Sometimes birds will make nests in them from the roof.

Sounds like the main drain for the bathroom may be restricted. As you shower the water doesn't drain away fast enough, and the plumbing begins to fill with water. As the pipes fill, air may be forced out through the toilet trap causing "bubbles". Since the tub is the lowest drain, the water backs up there first.

Should Ebrs watertech pressure pump come on and shut up with use of tap

No. It sounds like you have lost your air bubble or air bladder in your captive air tank. Without the elastic effect of an air bladder or air bubble in your captive air tank, the pump will come on right away, trying to keep up with demand for water. You will have to either add air to the bladder in your captive air tank (it looks like a car tire valve stem) so the pressure is likely in the 35-50 lbs range. You may have to flush a toilet or have other water usage going on when you will the tank with air or you will be fighting your water pump. Or, turn the pump off, flush a toilet, and then will it with air to the approximate pressure, then turn the pump on for normal operation. If the problem comes back, you will need to possibly replace the captive air tank and or bladder, which if ruptured is letting air dissolve into the water, leaving you again with not elastic bubble to act as an accumulator.

Everytime I turn on the heating button the bubbles come on how do I fix this

Sounds like you have air pump plugged in the wrong place on the control pack. unplug them all then plug them in one at a time till you find the correct ones. the pump should come on when you press heat and the bubbles when you press air/bubbles. Not a big deal, just have stuff plugged in the wrong receptacles.

Replaced thermostat and sending unit .check engine light went out .on incline have 3/4 gage warm, when level goes 1/4 on gage cold air, temp wont get hot.or 1/4 gage.could this be computer if so how to...

Not computer. You have air in the cooling system. Bubble is moving around. Park on an upward incline, take the radiator cap off, run the engine and keep the radiator full. Let it warm up and let the thermostat open (until you see flow in the radiator). Then fill to the brim and keep full until it stops going down. Also open any bleed ports you can find in the cooling system (there may not be any) and let any air out of them. Let the engine run and check for any bubbles that continue to come out. If bubbles continue to come up, you have a blown head gasket that is forming the bubble and causing the heater and temp gage issues. If bubbles do not come out, maybe you have fixed the problem by getting all the air out. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I bought a house that has some older fixtures and all of the toliets (3) are the American Standard 13.2 / 3.5 GPF models. The one toilet in the main washroom flushes odd, in that when it flushes often a...

You probably have excessive buildup on the pipe walls that have restricted the flow to the point of needing that second flush - or somebody flushed a plastic bag there and now it is acting like a flapper. This will also be evidenced by occasional flooding at that commode. There's only 2 solutions as I se4e it.; scrape the pipe walls ( rooter with a scraping head ) or replace the pipe for the build up, or rooter out the pipe to try to extract that blasted bag.
Good luck!!

Fill tub, press button, hear motor but no bubbles, etc coming from jets

Are the jets open? The center of the jets turn to adjust the pressure of the jets. If this is not the problem, there may be a problem with the impeller in the pump assembly. If you here the pump turning and not buzzing, it could be an air bubble in the suction tube. This tube is the one coming from the front of the pump, if the pump is higher than the tube coming from the tub, or if there is a high spot in the tube, an air bubble is a real possibility. If the tube is level with the pump, there should be no problem with air bubbles and the problem lies in the top part of this paragraph.
