First remove the hose and place your hand instead of the hose then start tha machine. If your hand is suck by the machine only your hose is the problem. Clean your hose by filling it with water and see what will come out at the other end of the hose. If water and some dirt comes out, wait until pure water only comes out. If water and debris not coming out of the hose, use a flexible wire or rod to push the debris blocking the hose.

Why is my Bissell ProHeat x2 revolution throwing water out the bottom rear of the machine?

Question edited for clarity and what I think you meant to say.
Question moved from Washing Machines to Bissell ProHeat.

When you drop the hose into a bucket of plain water the force on the hoses is like dropping 2 gallons of water in a pail on you head from 3 feet high. You have either had a hose connection disconnect, or a hose that has split.

Bissell ProHeat come in about 12 different models, so it is not possible to help you further. All questions need 'make model (what it is)'.

The Google Search Query is
make model parts diagram
to see a breakdown of how the parts connect.

https://www.google.com/search?q=bissell+proheat+parts+diagram

or 'make model manual', for Bissell's strip down information.

I have a Bissell proheat pet cleaner. works great on carpet. when tool part used dirt sucked up not going in dirty water tank. clean water still in tank.

There is a "diverter" that selects if the clean water is going to the power head and dirty water going to the tank OR clean water is going to the hose brush head and the dirty water is going to the tank. Be sure you are moving the selector full stroke. There are a many good videos on Youtube on this exact topic.

Why can't I use the attachments to clean my couch?

You may want to check for a pinched hose. Unwind the hose completely and lay it out and try your sprayer again. If that doesn't work than try reseating the tank (turn the unit off, remove the tank and then replace it, wait 1 minute and turn the unit back on.) AND, if you haven't been cleaning the filters now would be a good time to do that. In the tank there is a lint filter on the lid and there is another filter under the flow indicator (turn flow indicator cap counter-clock wise, remove rotor, remove filter. clean filter and replace everything in reverse manner. Hope that helps. If not Bissell Consumer Care number is 1-800-237-7691.

The water and shampoowon't come out but it cames

This model is famous for burning up the silinoid switch that allows the water to come out the bottom to clean the floors. That will need to be replaced, but my recommendations is to take this model back and bet your money back. It is engineered bad!

Bissell pro heat will not extract water from the carpet

Try checking the top section of the machine (where the dial is located to switch it from floor to tool) and there is a little red plastic piece about 1 inch square on the inside of it. This is a lint filter that has a little door on it. Open the door or remove the entire thing to clean it out. It is probably completely blocked with hair, etc.. which is why you have no suction. Replace it after you clean it out and hopefully your problem will be solved!
