I have a Pandigital PANTV1512 that i am trying to use a couple different universal remotes which are RCA and GE. I cant find codes for neither one.

Use code search on your GE URC to find something that controls your RCA digital box. If a search through all codes stored in the URC fails, try a different one.

There is no setup codes for magnavox SDTV box with this remote cotnrol. If you wish to get setup codes and other details to your SDTV box, check this link. There are setup codes to other brands of remote controls, by which you can select one, which have setup codes to your device.

The Proscan 19LA25Q came with a remote originally. Unless the IR receiver has failed, it should work with a universal remote. (Note: if the TV is newer than the remote (or released less than 6 months before the remote was programmed), the remote codes for your TV may not be included.) Since the code lists on universal remotes do vary depending on the age and model, please give more information than just the brand. GE remotes usually have a version code label in the battery compartment. This version code is needed to look up the correct code lists. The Proscan 19LA25Q was probably built in 2007, since there are reviews from 2007. That was also the year when this size TV had to have an ATSC tuner. So if your remotes were programmed before July 2007, they may not be compatible. Some of the current Proscan TVs probably use the same parts as some Sylvania, RCA and Curtis TVs.The 19LA25Q was warranted by On Corporation which has control of the RCA brand now. However, I don't know when they bought the label.
