The issue you are experiencing with your Godox X1 trigger and TT350 flash not firing when mounted on your Olympus E-M10 camera, could be related to the camera's settings or the compatibility of the trigger and flash with your camera. Here are a few things you can try:
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be best to contact Godox customer support for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose and fix the issue or tell you if a repair is needed.
It's also important to note that some cameras have a "pre-flash" that might not be compatible with some triggers, in this case, you should use the manual flash mode to avoid this problem.

Have you tried cleaning the hot shoe contact? If the contact is dirty it may not communicate with the camera. The "contact" Its the metal "circle" in the middle of the hot shoe. Using a pencil eraser, rub the contact gently until you create eraser crumbs, then gently rub the "circle" with a soft cloth. See if this fixes it.

Check all battery contact points! Make sure contact points are clean and are not touching each other.
Wrongly inserted batteries can cause camera or flash to overheat and catch fire!
Do not dismantle or interfere with flash!
The flash unit can give off a lethal shock if tampered with!
