My digital frame just stopped working. It isnt the cord.

  • Anonymous Jan 22, 2019

How old is the camera, what model? - does it have another internal battery that may need replaced?

  • pointv51 Jan 23, 2019

Its a Pandigital photo frame. The pictures are internal and my main concern is trying to get the pictures off it. I think the motherboard is the problem. If that is the case is there a way to recover the pictures?

Black screen when turned on

Try recharging it, if you have a cord to plug in the wall or a usb cord to your computer, it should work as well.
I hope this helps.

Kodak picture frame will not turn on, has no reset button, unplug and restart does not work. How do you open the frame?

I had this same issue. I hadn't used my frame in about a year and wanted to turn it on to show photos during the holiday gatherings. When i turned it on it would boot up then shut off. I realized the cord I was using wasn't the original cord and the output voltage was too low to power the frame. Make sure you are using the correct ac/dc cord.

We've lost part of the AC power adapter for our MemoryVue MV 800 digital frame -- the part that goes from the outlet to the adapter cord that attaches directly to the frame (it's a "two prong"...

I think this is a "figure of eight" power cord, a standard, widely available item. I found a hundred or so right away on Amazon by searching for "figure eight power".

My pandigital photo frame is frozen on the sytem start screen

Mine does this when the power cord shorts itself out. For a whileI could fix it by simply untwisting the cord close to the plug, but eventually I had to cut and splice the cord to keep the lines separate (think a bunch of electrical tape. It works fine now that the cord isn't shorting out. Hope this helps!

I cant figure out how to download pictures onto the frame from my pc

Connect the frame to the pc. Look in my computer - it will be a device with removable storage. - drag and drop pics or a whole folder of them to the frame.
If the PC isnt picking up the frame at all... try a USB port in the back of the computer. Also make sure the frame is powered on!

7 inch digital picture frame

Where do I go to have my picture fram serviced???? It has worked fine. Then it shut off and will not turn on again. I pulled the power cord and left it off for a couple of days and then plugged it back in. That had worked before and now does not.
