Have you adjusted the four "legs" at the bottom corners of your washer/dryer? Place a level on the washer/dryer and rotate the "legs" to adjust the height so that all four legs are firmly on the floor.
Make sure all the feet are even the machine usually has these little pegs sticking out one in each corner and if they are all screwed out to the same depth that will help with it not being unbalanced and lessen the vibration check and make sure ur not missing any. Also do not over fill the machine. When u put fabrics in it make sure u spread the weight evenly. Vibration gets worse if the load is not balanced right

Drill small plug holes to let the washer set on the concrete

If this has happened since you started using the A/C it is probably the drain tube for the A/C. They get plugged and usually someone has to go under the car with a coathanger and open the tube up.

If the washer is solid on the floor, and the floor or walls are vibrating, it's a weak floor. This is our biggest problem with most front loaders. Beef up your floor by installing blocking between the floor joists, install another pier, or sister the joists, check on the internet for how to sister joists. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists
SOURCE: Considering the purchase of Samsung WF338 / DV338 Washer & Dryer
Don't buy any Samsung products. They're definitely not worth the money. We bought the front load 2009 washer and dryer about 14 months ago. Have always had problems with the dryer -- auto dry is a joke. The washer will not allow you to change the water temp. It's supposed to automatically correct the water temp; what a joke. AND the power went off today while the washer was filling with water, with clothes in the tub. No way to open the door, and we have to wait almost a week for a service call!!! IF YOU BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS, YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY!!!

Hello,
Welcome to FixYa.
i'll start with the most obvious, but still quite common oversight, have you remove the shipping bolts from the rear of the washer ?
i.e.
The next thing to pay close attention to is detergent usage. Regardless of what one may have been told, "He" detergent has to be used, and even then not too much.
Look for this symbol when buying/using detergents...
These are the most common things that can (and DO ) contribute to the machine acting in the manner you've described.
If neither of these things apply to your situation, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
Thank you for choosing FixYa and Good luck.
Regards,
Macmarkus :)
Yes I find them all the time on the 2nd floor so you should be ok. Proper loading makes these machines very smooth. Sort out towels together, casuals together, socks and whites together.
