It appears that your internal vibrating pumping mechanism is seized. Soak the whole spraying portion in paint remover for a few days and then totally clean it out and try with hot water with strong detergent before trying with paint. Not working still = toast, sorry, mine went to recycling

SOURCE: Black streak on back of page.

It is possible that the ink parking station where the heads prime themselves is clogged or full, all ink bled through the heads when priming runs of from here to a resevoir and once this is full you could get spill off that gets transferred through to the rollers. Only way out of this is having the printer serviced, or stripping and servicing the printer yourself.(dirty and messy job)

SOURCE: Canon Pixma iP6210D InkJet

I had this problem: I took out a cartridg to physically clean it, and when I replaced it it said "the ink level cannot be determined, etc, press OK to continue without this function. Use only genuine Canon cartridges, etc"
I kept clicking OK to the dialogue box, and it just reappeared. Then I pressed the OK button ON THE PRINTER which allowed me to continue using the cartridge but without an ink level indication which is fine by me: at least you can drain the cartridge unlike the latest Epsons.

SOURCE: how do you diagnose a Campbell Hausfeld Airless.

Try to fill it with water and spray. YOu may have paint buildup in the system, and will have to disassemble it to clean it

SOURCE: Bought anCampbell Hausfeld airless paint sprayer,

no fluid gets to nozzle or comes from nozzle.
sounds like your fluid line is pluged or the gun is pluged at or before the tip

SOURCE: The trigger on the spraygun

This is a contractors gun its a vary good gun worth about 200 hunderd dollars . The problem is eigther the spring that returns the trigger _neddle valve to seat pisition is eighter stuck or broken. But if you are haveing this kind of problem it means the gun was not cleaned correctly . Im a perfinial spray painter and if the gun isn;t clean then the mechine wasn;t cleaned as well it goes hand in hand . So what kind of mechine are trying to opperate its an airless acording to the picture and that makes sence . You may be able to clean the gun or get a kit to rebuild it its about a hunderd dollars but the mechine most likely needs to be cleaner at best if no completely rebuild and repacked . If the seals in the pump can put out pressure and the trigger on the gun is slack then you shouldn't be able to shut the paint off because the trigger would be open at this point

I need a pot for spray gun model sgp 300

This spray gun is sold in Australia and New Zealand. For instance, you can find it at Bunnings in Australia. Here is a site where you car order spare parts for such. I suspect you can use it to get a pot.

Sprayer was working fine and ran low on paint and lost prime. could not get it to re-prime. now its still got paint in it and i can't get it to do anything. i need to clean it ont.

I haven't much experience with airless sprayers but I have heard the bad language from those who use them.

I expect there is still paint in the business end of the mechanism and an air bubble stuck between that and the new paint fill.

I think the sprayhead will have to be removed or dismantled so the air will be able to escape and allow priming to take place. I suggest spending a little time with the instruction manual.

My 640 titan run but will not prime it does not spray product

It is hard to follow your question....however; if the sprayer turns on and the paint fails to enter the nozzle, you may have a blockage. Take the spray nozzle apart and run hot water over it to clean it out. You may need a small brush or cu-tip to clean the inside of the barrel. Blow though it and see if air passes easily. reassemble and run as you normally do. Be certain the top is attached to the paint reserve tightly and securely. Any air leaks will prevent the sprayer from building up pressure within and thus no spay will be emitted.

Graco magnum paint sprayer won't prime

Airless won't prime- I always start trouble shooting an Airless that won't build/hold pressure look at sump hose inlet filter (the hose that goes into the paint if its got paint debris on it clean off filter and pour the paint thru a strainer bag into a clean 5 gal bucket-also remove the filter housing on the spayer and clean and flush and replace filter and housing- the shaft or the metal sleave has two ball bearings called "check balls" that maybe stuck turn on sprayer and put a piece of wood on shaft and give it a few good taps this will knock the check balls loose if after all this fails then you need to have new packings put in becuase the old ones are worn this is pretty easy to see because the rod the compresses the paint will have signs of paint on it indicating that the packings are worn.. Note keep rod and other moving parts oiled ith graco throat seal and finally Graco sprayers with the X on them are there (Graco) home owner line of sprayers that sell at home depot they are rated for only a certain amount of Gal per year keep it in good condition and cleaned store with coro-check inside of the pump when you are done using it.....
