Panasonic has all their owner's manuals on their website. Go up on Panasonic.com and enter PNLC 1050 Manual in the website search field and it will come up.
The only PNLC 1050 that I know is related to a wireless phone system is a charger for some Panasonic phone handsets. There will be a manual for the base system. Sometimes there is a separate manual for the handsets, if the system allows for additional handsets to be added later.
I found the KX-TGEA20T handset for sale with the PNLC1050YA charging cradle at Amazon. This handset works with the KX-TGE270 TGE230 TGE240 and TGE260 Base sets. The manual for the KX-TGE270 base system is available here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tge260_mul_om.pdf .
The PNLC1050ZB cradle also goes with the KX-TGEA20 handset for the KX-TGE210 and related base systems. The manual for the KX-TGE210 is available here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tge210_mul_om.pdf . The manual for the KX-TGEA20B handset is available here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tgea20_en_om.pdf .
Please add a comment with the model of the phone base or handset model for more information. I hope this helps.

My apologies, but the Motorola site is about the least user-friendly that I've seen. I was able to locate your radio, but searches for the manual ran me in frustrating circles. The only suggestion that I can make is for you to email Motorola Customer Service at:
[email protected]
They should be able to provide a download site address or, at worst, sell you a copy of the manual.
Sorry, but I definitely tried.
