If you bought it brand new and it is less than a year old you might still have some guarantee or a warranty you could use for the repairs.

i can't figure out whats wrong and i know its not dead the batteries work fine like i said before.
Before you dismiss the option, do yourself a favor. It only cost under 20 dollars to buy a new set of rechargables and a charger kit.
At least buy some higher mAh Alkaline batteries less then 5 dollars and give them a go. The camera is valued at over 100 dollars cost affective to try new ones. Not, used new, you need, new new!
As you said, the word, "before", so were the batteries good, before.

If the motherboard is dead then nothing can fix it. In that case is always better to sell the laptop for parts and get a new one.

If the battery is dead because of something like leaving the ignition on then you might be able to just recharge it and it will still be good. If its old and just doesnt have the life left you should just replace it with a new battery. Remove the seat to access the battery. If you are not sure if you should charge it or replace it you can take it to any larger chain brand auto parts store. They will run a diagnostic on the battery for free and tell you if its good or bad in hopes of selling you a new battery. If its bad they will sell you a comparable battery, keep in mind the testing is free so dont feel like you have to buy the battery from them. I personally only run a HD battery from the dealership but that is just my preference. Hope this answers your question.

It needs a new battery pack. Rechargeable batteries eventually wear out and no longer hold a charge. The tool runs only briefly and the battery is exhausted again. The big home centers and online sources sell replacements. There are also companies that say they can rebuild your battery pack at much lower cost than replacement. I have no experience with them.

thats is normal you can get them changed usually on market stalls. for a few quid. watch them they might swap it for a fake. only kidding.

Sounds like the unit's power supply may have failed you will probably need to take it to a repair center.

If you've got nothing my guess is its something more than the battery as it should still be able to draw power if its plugged in. If its within the warranty period (3 yrs, I believe). Go to the belkin webpage and to their ups support and start the process to return it and get it fixed/replaced. A couple months ago I had a F6C500-UNV that suddenly died on me just like yours - no nothing. It cost me $13.00 or so bucks to ship the broken unit to Belkin; a week or two later I got a brand spankin' new F6C550 or whatever they currently sell in that same voltage area back from them. The cost to RMA the broken unit was much cheaper than even buying a new battery for the old and now discontinued unit.
