If you have not already done so, replace the rechargeable battery for your cell phone with a new one. Rechargeable batteries do not last forever.
A fresh battery will need to be charged.

Battery is so low it won't turn on. Leave on charger for a half hour or so and it will turn on again. Replacing the battery worked for me!

Try resetting your Roomba by removing the battery, unplug the charging connector, hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. This will reset the charging system, replace your battery, connect your charger and see what happens. By the way do you also have a homebase ? If so try that too

Usually that means the battery is not able to hold a charge.
