I want to change the combination on my Winchester Safe Model ASO-19-11 Can you help me.

look on right side menu for "keys" and/or "combination" .

the Brinks Company has a phone number you can call to get instructions on sending them a letter for a combination. It is 1-800-832-5834

I can't seem to find a product manual for you, but i may be a step closer. Winchester safe's are made by Granite Co.

Here is a site that may be able to help you, they are in Texas, and should be able to provide you with the information you require to change the code.

If you registered your safe when you purchased it go here to recover your combination.

If you did not register your safe after you purchased it click here and follow instructions on recovering your combination.

After recovering your combination be sure and register it here so next time you will have easy access in case you forget it again.

If none of the above options have helped you will need to Email or Call customer service directly.
