SOURCE: a laminate and paper jam in a Gbc HeatSeal H425 Laminator

You need to loose the vertical plastic wall on the left side, and pull it up and to the left, only then you would be able to take pink rollers and metal piece away. Step by step do this (BTW, make pictures of each step if you think you will not be able to assemble it back) :

Download parts scheme here (if link is broken I can send you; write to ororeivis [at] g mail com):
http://www.gbcconnect.com/assets/docs/H425_PARTS_POUCH_LAMINATOR.pdf

Take the lid (3) off and hang it on the corner.
Next goes off (42) part.
Now focus on the left side. Take to the side part (30) with 7mm wrench. Then both parts (14) from both sides [4 in total]. Then both parts (2). Then take out screws that are holding this vertical plastic wall place. There is two screws from the outside of laminator in the bottom!
Then black roller (36) you lift up and take out by sliding to the side. Then two long black metal pieces.
Now you should be able to pull up and move to the left that vertical plastic wall on the left side of laminator. If not, try loosing some screws that are in this wall.
Be careful taking melted jammed stuff away from heating panel. Do not over-scratch it, as it is very sensitive.

Fellowes laminator

Plz try the "Jam free" lever located on the top LEFT of the laminator. You ca try to feed another film in....hoping it will force the pouch out. Otherwise, you will have to take the cover off and unroll the pouch from the inside rollers. Good luck!

I have a fellowes laminitor and it will not feed

If the motor is running, then the cog that drives the roller system may have failed. Laminators built today are made with plastic (nylon) roller drive cogwheels that crack. Especially if the fed media is too thick. Put the machine into run mode and feed a single piece of card (a playing card will do) into the feed slot. Lightly hold the card and see if you can feel the card moving. To check if the motor is in reverse, feed the card into the output slot.

If you are handy with a screwdriver, then with it disconnected, remove the lid (about six screws underneath) and check the rollers for old lamination sheets that could be stuck to one of them. This would limit the feed gap between the rollers, preventing you from putting your media in.

How do I remove adhesive from rollers?

I have had this issue before when the laminating sheets were put in incorrectly (open side inserted as opposed to closed side inserted). Unfortunately, the manufacturer said that the machine is not repairable, and I had to replace it.

The sheet im laminating rolled up inside, cannot get it out

Water-based cleaners will not work with this type of adhesive. Rubbing alcohol or a citrus-based cleaner (eg, Goo-Gone) will be required.
