I think you have a number missing from the model number, they are all 4 numbers as opposed to 3. If you purchased it on Amazon or eBay, it is a clone. Contact Fossil and book it in for a service.
there is so many kind of fossil bi tic there is one that when you push the button the digitd moves in different ways, there are with animations, with different colors of dial that you will not notice that it is changing... which one among of the big tic is your watch. but if it is does nothing, your watch probably had a problem. it might be the button, or you had to reset it. or its battery had to be replace by new one... you had to bring it from the shopo that you had purchased it for its service warranty. your watch has two batteries inside, the small battery is the one that had to be replaced. it is under the big battery, the small battery makes the minute and hour hand move while the big battery makes the seconds flashing. i hope that i had been helped you.
