First power off the printer completely. Then power it back on while holding the UTILITY/COUNTER button. You will see the minolta logo, then you will see a troubleshoot reset button. Press it, you will see an OK result. Power off the printer again, then power it back on without holding the button and everything should work.

The paper stock in tray 1 or to be exact above the tray 1, when you open it, you can hardly see it. After you remove the paper you should unplug your machine and then lug it back.

C0501 it is a trouble related with the Fusing Unit. Try to power it up with the STOP button pressed. If not, you may need to change your fusing unit.

Press Utility / Counter -> {STOP}{0}{0}{STOP}{0}{1}, now you should be in Service Mode. Go to Service Choice - > IU LIFE STOP MODE -> and choose CONTINUOUS.

You must have selected long message type and the long messages consume more disk space. What about shifting the messages to a pc. Anyways you have to first shift the message to a pc and then from pc you can shift them to memory card. In order to shift messages from mobile to pc you require a usb pc to mobile connector or a blue tooth dongle on your pc/laptop. Then you will require a pc suite you can google free download samsung pc suite. Once you have connected your mobile to pc you can simply browse your mobile folders and cut the messages from messages folder to pc and then copy them to your memory card. If you wish to do it directly from your mobile. Its not possible.
