you must measure the output from your power supply see the diagram attached in the box. If some Voltage like +5vdc is missing you must replace the power supply. If the Monitor NOT turn ON try to test in another computer more easy. or go to the repair shop.Use the bottoms from the monitor and execute from the MENU make test. God bless you
