The tension knob came off, have I broke it? Or just push down on the spring?

I am not sure though. Try to put in back in place. If it holds, then it's okay. Try to call the manufacturer and consult their tech rep on that.

What muscles does the fit-loop exercise band work on?

Fit-loop exercise band is a type of exercise band that's used to work the lower body muscles: legs, hips, and glutes. If you're looking to target upper body muscles and core muscles as well, fit-loop exercise band is not for you and you should get a different type of exercise band (figure-8, fit tube).

The clasp to connect mask to snorkle broke. can I purchase the small clasp?

In short, no. But just do as many other do and use a short rubber band. Lay the middle of the band across the inside of the strap, and then pass the snorkel tube through the two resulting loops either side of the strap.

What I would love is for an EXPERT to solve a very small problem that exist with every Lap - Ironman style watch I have ever owned over the past 20 years. There is no exception!!! After about 1 to 1-1/2...

This is a common problem with all watches with rubber or leather straps, not just with Ironman. In fact, there isn't anything our experts can do, as the responsibility is entirely on watch band producers. We just can hope that when the nano technologies will develop to the higher level, there will be a possibility to produce brand new materials yet unknown to human. These materials will have no wear and tear at all and everyone will be happy with forever lasting bands, shoes, e.t.c. For a while we can only wait. By the way - if you will buy Casio, it will make no difference, as all watch straps are made by using same technologies and chemical formulae. One of my friends went very upset for the same reason as you, so, I did find a solution for him using piece of scrapped copper pipe. This is how you do that: Measure that small loop of your watch band and find or buy the piece of copper pipe of same size. Cut off 1cm piece of the pipe and file off any imperfections, then polish it if needed. Get an old leather belt, fold it into half and put the copper ring in between, then flatten it with hammer. Do it step by step, always checking that there is enough space for band and band end to go through the newly formed copper loop. When flattened enough, spray the loop with band matching paint and leave to dry. Respray if necessary. Now you are done and this loop will last very long time.

How do I change the door boot seal on a Hotpoint Aquarius WMA31N?

Ok - I will answer my own problem seeing as though I have now fitted it!
1. remove door (2 screws)
2. There is a tensioned wire loop holding the front part of the boot seal in position. - prize off the plastic cap at the 11 o'clock position, all will become clear and you will be able to remove the wire loop.
3. Remove top of washing machine (2 allen screws behind caps at the front.
4. Remove soap dispenser draw and any screws holding the front control panel and top of the door.
5. Remove bottom front plinth (just pull it off) underneath are a couple of screws holding the front panel part of the machine, remove these.
6. Remove front of machine giving you access to the steel band which locks the other end of the boot seal in position. Slacken this band right back using a nut-spinner screwdriver. Pull off the old boot and clean the lip ready for fitting of the new boot.
7. Fit new boot seal using a squirt of washing up liquid as lubricant if needed (mine didn't) to reseat the seal.
8. Refit and tension steel band.
9. Re-assemble front panel, ease boot back into front lip position then refit wire loop using a suitable pair of pliers/molegrips to crimp the retaining plastic cap back in situ.

hold fan belt with both hands as if stretching a rubber band.place one end of belt over a fan blade all the way down to the hub.loop the other end over as many blades as length allows.''leap frog'' over remaining blades as necessary.if that doesn't do,there should be 4 bolts holding fan hub to it's mount on water pump spindle
