The bobbin you need is what is called a "Class 15" bobbin. They are clear plasitc and available at most fabric stores. Many companies have used that bobbin in their machines so it is very common. If you need the black bobbin case, you should be able to get that at just about any store that has a service department. They may have to order it but it is easily obtainable through many vendors.

You have a "Franklin Rotary" model and the serial number indicates that it was most likely made sometime in 1917. I have one from 1928 and I am also looking for an owner;s manual.
