Go to menu,setup, language, choose, enter. Find the translation for each word and apply for functionality

To expand on your thought. My intention was to lead you to Google or other. Place the Menu in French. Too find a translation free. Then overlay. Too lead you down the path to check of the box for English.

1. Switch on the player
2; open the CD compartment
3. Enter the following code (using the remote): 2812
4. Highlight the region
5. Change to 9 (for Multi-region) using the 'Enter' button
6. Hit 'Clear' to exit
