Please try these steps:
1. Try a color copy of a document by placing it on the scanner glass and check if it prints well or not
(If yes please click on this link and refer to it. Blank pages, if not then go to next step)
2. Take all the cartridges out
3. When you would take them out, then pull the lever to the right of the place where the cartridges fit.
4. Then you would be able to take once more part out, this part is known as printheads.
5. Clean the copper contacts on the back and bottom of these printheads with a clean damp cloth.
6. Then clean the copper contacts of the printer, where these printheads fit.
7. Make sure that your printer is connected to wall jack directly and not to a surge protector before you follow next steps
8. Put all the parts back that we took out.
9. Check if printer starts aligning after putting these parts back.
(If yes then move to next step, If not follow these steps to align:
- Touch the arrow key when the printer is on the home screen.
- Select the Setup option.
- Go to Tools in the next menu.
- Select Align printer and let the printer align)
10. Then after completing the alignment try to make then copy of the same sheet that you tried before and check if it works or not.
11. If not then call the Hp tech support number and tell them the issue that you're facing.
12. What I believe is that they would replace the printheads for you because your printer is in warranty (Because as far I know you must have bought this printer within last one year and all hp printers have one year factory warranty.)
Important Note: Make sure that you don't tell Hp Technician that you're using the refilled or the third party cartridges even if you are using them)

This error code usually indicates "carriage jam". Remove all the cartridges and turn on and off the printer a couple of times. While it cycles during boot up, open the cartridge access door and check whether the carriage moves properly or not. It's also possible that there's a piece of paper or other foreign particles obstructing the movement of the carriage. In that case, you'll need to remove the jammed object manually. Once everything is confirmed and you are sure that the carriage is properly moving, reinstall all the cartridges, and see what's the outcome. If the Carriage doesn't move the way it should or freely, try moving it manually, slide it towards the left or to the right, but be careful while doing this as you may damage/break it.
It's also recommended to reset the machine, to do this, follow the below steps:
If there's no internal or mechanical error/damage, one of these should definitely fix this issue. If it's a hardware or motherboard, your printer would need to be inspected by an experienced Printer Technician or you may contact HP. If it's still under warranty, this would be the best time to use the Warranty.
