I have the HD Mirrior Cam and I got a new SD card since I lost my old one that came with it. When I put the new one inside, it tells me that there is no card. What do I do?

Also on the SD card, see if there is a small plastic tab that can slide on the side. Try to slide it up or down and then try to put it into your camera.

There may be a small lock icon that means the card is protected and can't be read or written to. Sliding the tab away from the lock may allow it to show up on the camera.

Make sure it is not larger capacity than camera expects / or can handle. You may have to format the card in another device first to get camera to recognize it.

This shouldn't have been given a "poor" rating as what he's said in this post is absolutely correct.

You might have too much data on the SD card. Try with less pics onto the card.

I want to move all my data on a Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo on a SD card. I have a new phone and want to give this phone to some one else without any reference to me

They make a adapter that looks like a camera SD card, and you put you mini SD card inside of it and then you can put all your information on your computer and put the new mini in the adapter and cut or copy it to you new SD card. don't forget to format your old one before giving it to someone.... I always format a new one before I put anything on it also.
Hope this helps.

I need a new card as I have lost my old one

You don't tell us what type of camera or card. If it takes an SD or micro SD card they are available at Walmart, Target and etc. If it takes a specialized card you should try a camera store or shop.

If you have your old card just copy using a card reader to a folder on hard drive, then past contents of that folder to the new card. make sure you have marked to show hidden files and folders before you start. Let me know if this helps, it worked with mine,

What is the best memory card to get and how do I format

my guess, the SD card was too big for this cam to handle..
I had a similar problem suggested recently.
When that user tried a smaller card, they had no problem.
I have used this cam, with a 128mb card and had no problems like this.
Whether the cam can handle cards biger than 128mb, i don't know!
I do have a 2gb card which i bought for my new cam and i will try it in my old vivi 3720, if i experience any problems like those of yours, i will post again.. hope this was of help
