I do not see a date window. May not be possible.
Are the other 3 dials not the date?
This is an unusual watch. Normally multiple dial watches are chronographs that indicate minutes, seconds and 10ths of a second elapsed time, but in this case it appears to be month day and date, (I had to look at this using magnification to see the tiny markings on the dials). You need to give me the information on the back of the watch and then I can be of more help. I do not see a crown on this watch, so better pictures will help determine the manufacturer and model of this watch. If you purchased it at WalMart, why not go ask them for help? If this is WalMart merchandise they probably have someone who can explain it.

SOURCE: Setting the analog
If you find the 4 digit number inside a square on the back you can go to the casio website and pull up the manual that way.
SOURCE: setting day/date on kenneth cole dual time watch
first, unscrew the stem lock. Then you can pull it out to the first "click". That is the "manual wind mode" if for some reason the auto-wind is not working due it has run all the way down. Pull it out again. That is the time set mode. The next "click" (pulling it out again) is the date set mode. Once you have them set, push the stem back in (past all clicks) and then re-screw the stem back to the lock position.
